Flat Monthly Management Fee

Good to know: Management fees are only due when the property is occupied and only collected when rent is paid. The management fee is waived for the first month of a new lease when a full Tenant Placement Fee is collected.
Tenant Placement Fee
One-time fee per new tenancy.
- No fee is due until a lease is signed and rent is collected.
- If a new tenant is required within 18 months of the previous full tenant placement fee, the fee is reduced to 50% of 1st month's rent.
